Sheila Maloney, Esq. is a skilled mediator with extensive experience in resolving emotionally charged matters. Ms. Maloney has reached creative settlements in employment matters, personal injury cases, medical malpractice real estate and business/ commercial disputes.
Sheila has had a 22 year legal career focused on business/ commercial, employment, bankruptcy and general litigation and legal education including ADR, conflict management and legal skills training.
In addition to mediation, Sheila has served as a hearing officer and administrative law judge for the City of Chicago where she currently serves as the Chief Hearing Officer for the human resources board. Sheila has successfully resolved matters in the following areas:
